Support Jennifer’s 2009 Trip to Uganda
Dear friend,
The summer of 2008 took me on the greatest journey of my life. I joined twelve other new friends who traveled with me to five countries on three continents, meeting incredible people and seeing what is being done to release people from the scourge of extreme poverty around the world. Our third stop brought us to Uganda, and by the end of our short time there I knew I wanted to come back.
And so I am – I’ve been given the opportunity to return to Uganda for a few months, and I’m taking it! I’ll be there from February to August of 2009, and I’m going to be looking for all kinds of support as I go. That’s what this site is for. To keep you updated and to give you a chance to respond in whatever way you choose.
I am thrilled about this chance to go to Uganda, and I truly believe it’s another one of God’s gifts of grace to me. I do hope you will join with me as I go!
