Expired Galleries and Credits
Our galleries online expire after 6 months. Here are instructions on how to order online using your credit. You may still order prints and albums using your credit after the 6 months but it requires putting your images you would like for your album or used as prints onto a disc and mailed to us. Read instructions on how to use your credit 6-12 months after your wedding. After your one year anniversary, we are so sad to tell you that your credit is expired. The reason why we set time limits for online galleries is to give more room for other wedding photos. Photos take an exceptional amount of memory on our server. We believe 6 months is enough time to pick out photos for your album, although, we know families have a lot going on after the wedding including moving, new jobs, school, etc. so we started the system where you select the photos, put them on a disc and send to us as an extension.
