Our Beginning
Cedar Way began from a simple conviction: that the Church navigates change best when leaders are well supported.
We recognised that many bishops and senior leaders were being asked to guide significant transitions - pastoral, structural, cultural - often without a space to think deeply, pray intentionally, and discern strategically.
Cedar Way exists to provide that space.
Our Mission
